When it comes to working with clients, one of the big mistakes that many entrepreneurs make is not having a retention strategy in place for when they are done working with that client. It is a lot easier to keep a current client than it is to market and gain a new one, so you should have a plan in place for how you will be able to continue working with that client even after your program has been completed.
