I have had the pleasure this Fall of photographing several families that are long time friends. And even though I have been in business for 5 years this is the first time for all of them. I credit Facebook for that. It has such a wonderful way of keeping people up to date with what is going on in your life. People that you might have otherwise lost touch with. Even though I do see many negatives with Facebook I love it for just as many reasons. Keeping me connected with not only current but also past friends is definitely one of the positives.
All of these friends that I have photographed recently are part of a special group that met at our preschool and even though many of us have moved to other schools we decided that our friendship needed to keep going. So once a month we meet for dinner… oh how I love them all. My GNO (girl’s night out) each month is such a precious time to me. This sweet family happens to be one of those families. My daughter Ella still talks almost daily about little L here. She loves her so. I love that they made such a strong, lasting friendship. As mother’s, as hard as it is, we all try to keep them in touch with each other so their friendship stays alive just as ours has. Anyway, here is a little sneak peek of the M family.
