A short while ago during one of our rainy days I met up with a lovely couple who are about to welcome a new baby girl into their family. Normally I cringe at the rain but today I decided to embrace it. Umbrellas in hand we hit the Marietta Square for an awesome session! I really needed a helper (although Josh helped me a lot– he still had to be in some of them) to hold my umbrella. I am sure I was quite the site holding my big camera in one hand and the umbrella in the other. Trying desperately to keep it dry. I did test out some of it’s waterproofing once when I dumped my umbrella onto it. Oops. Seems to still be working fine though. And have I ever mentioned how heavy my camera is… I has some serious wrist strain trying to hold that thing with one hand for an hour and half. LOL! But in the end it was all worth it. I have so many favorites from this session it was hard to choose what to show here on the blog. And I am super excited to meet the sweet baby girl when she arrives. Which should be soon! 
I think this b/w is my fave. If you look close you can see the rain.
Then we ventured into a coin laundry mat. The owner thought I was crazy.
But she let us stay. We were quite the attraction there.
Nevertheless, awesome series!
